HR practices 14/14

Our fourteen-part video series provides short answers to today’s most pressing HR questions.

One of the most important intentions of skills management is to give employees new opportunities to actively shape their careers. At the same time, it is important not to lose sight of the fact that there is a whole range of employee groups with different interests. I.e., we can assume that the interests of Gen Z and Generation 50+ are not congruent, nor are the wishes of people in production and administration.  The fact that skills management is strongly driven by software should not obscure the fact that many employees are without software access or knowledge.

Dr. Ralph Köppen explains in the video why cultural and organizational measures are important to involve all employees and bring your skills management project to success. These videos are only available in German. But Ralph is happy to exchange views on the topic. Direct contact via the button below the video.
