From the very beginning, I experienced a culture where high standards and support really go hand in hand. At binder|consulting, sharing knowledge and challenging each other are part of everyday work, not because we have to, but because we want to learn and grow together. What I enjoy most is the variety of our projects and the responsibility we take on. We shape outcomes that create value, both strategically and in the day-to-day. What I appreciate most about binder|consulting is that from day one I was entrusted with actively shaping complex HR and transformation initiatives rather than simply supporting them. Over the years, I have been able to bring my own ideas to a wide range of projects and experience how tangible added value is created for our clients as a result. Trend topics such as the development of AI in HR strategies also provide room for personal growth while enabling me to respond promptly to current client needs.
Therefore, I see us as a reliable partner with a comprehensive portfolio and a clear focus on our clients.The collaboration has always been enjoyable and pleasant. All colleagues work pragmatically, ambitiously, and with a strong sense of purpose. Although we often think very strategically, we remain hands-on and client-oriented. binder|consulting gives me the space to take on responsibility, further expand my expertise, and successfully lead projects together with our clients and great colleagues in a trusting and collaborative manner.

Since joining binder|consulting right after college, I have taken on various roles and responsibilities. What has particularly shaped my career path is how much trust was shown in me right from the start. This allowed me to take on responsibility early on, develop my areas of expertise, and continually expand my role within the company.
Today, I have developed a high level of technical expertise in one of our solution offerings and serve as the primary point of contact for this area. At the same time, my scope of responsibilities has expanded: In addition to project work, I am also involved in strategy and sales matters, thereby actively shaping the company’s future development. This combination of technical depth, client work, and entrepreneurial involvement is what makes my role particularly exciting to me.
In my day-to-day work, I especially value teamwork where everyone is treated as an equal. Decisions are made through discussion rather than along hierarchical lines, and ideas can be brought up and developed at any time, regardless of role or level of experience. This mix of trust, openness, and team spirit is, for me, the key reason why I’ve been able to grow so much, both professionally and personally, and why I’m happy to be part of the team.

What stands out to me at binder|consulting is the strong sense of team spirit. Everyone in the team has your back, yet we’re all focused on delivering real results. The buddy and mentoring programs are always there when you need a second perspective or honest feedback and help you with your personal development.
I really enjoy the variety in my work. One week I’m discussing strategic topics with clients, the next I’m hands-on, helping implement solutions - both change how people go about their daily work. Seeing that impact firsthand is what makes the job so rewarding.

Coming from a psychology background, I was curious to see how I’d fit into the world of HR IT. Was I “tech-savvy” enough to thrive amidst complex projects?
At binder|consutling, I quickly understood that beyond tech-savviness, it comes down to structure, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to tackle diverse and challenging client needs (where certain psychological skills do come in handy).
And although these characteristics can make me the best consultant version of myself, no personal development would happen without our internal support environment. Spontaneous sparring calls, scheduled knowledge transfer sessions, and 1:1 guidance by experienced professionals led me to where I am today - in a position where I am client-facing, owning my deliverables, and actively helping move our company forward.
