With 30+ years of experience as management consultant, Reinhard has worked with large international clients, DAX/MDax/TecDax companies and SMEs to implement new technologies and lead major HR transformation programs. He holds a Diploma in Economic Engineering from the Technical University of Karlsruhe and enjoys tennis competition, cycling, and Munich's cultural variety in his free time.

Andreas is an experienced consultant who works with large international clients to create the future of talent through new technologies, employee experience design, and the design and implementation of agile HR organizations. He has over 30 years of experience in consulting and outsourcing in market-leading global organizations and has worked across many different industries. Andreas has a passion for developing people and organizations and has shaped project teams and organizational functions of more than 200 people. He is an effective communicator and enjoys traveling and music in his free time.

Martina is our expert in the financial services industry, with a focus on digital transformation, HR-IT transformation, and operationalization such as automation and business process optimization. She has over 25 years of an insurance group as well as consulting industry experience and works with both large, listed groups and small and medium-sized companies. She is known for her pragmatic and agile approach and focuses on feasibility in her work.

Werner is an experienced consultant with over 30 years of experience in the implementation of transformation programs, the management of IT units, programs, and projects in an international environment. He has held various management positions in a leading international consulting firm, was Managing Director of an independent IT unit, and has extensive experience in project management, the implementation of transformation programs, and outsourcing projects. His customers come mainly from the international insurance and banking sector.

Runa Straub has more than 10 years of experience in the HR and HR-IT environment. She joined binder|consulting in 2017 and focuses on HR transformations, including HR Target Operating Models (HR TOM), Equal Pay initiatives, and HR-IT system implementations such as SAP SuccessFactors. Runa has led global programs and projects for large international clients, supporting organizations in modernizing their HR functions and implementing scalable HR structures. Runa holds a B.A. in Corporate Management & Economics and an M.Sc. in International Business Administration, having studied both in Germany and abroad.

Julia is an HR and IT consultant with nine years of experience transforming HR organizations and leading international projects in job architecture and skill management. Holding degrees in Business Administration and Sustainable Marketing Leadership, she designs future-ready job architectures with grading concepts, develops data-driven skill strategies, and optimizes HR processes at the interface of HR and IT systems like SAP SuccessFactors. She has supported clients across various industries. Outside work, Julia cheers for 1. FC Köln, plans trips to the far north, and enjoys sailing, skiing, and time with loved ones.

Laura is an experienced HR and IT consultant with ten years in the HR field. She holds degrees in Business Administration and IT Management and works as a manager leading diverse projects at binder | consulting. Her expertise includes M&A-related initiatives, complex HR IT implementations, and HR Target Operating Model designs. She has supported clients across Retail, Energy, Manufacturing, and Health Care. Outside of work, Laura enjoys Munich’s outdoor activities and spending time in nature.

Marianne is an HR and IT consultant with more than six years of professional experience. She has gained expertise in designing and implementing HR Target Operating Models and shared services organizations, and has led complex HR transformation programs, including the ramp-up of shared services, end-to-end program management, and coordination of multiple HR and IT initiatives. She also brings hands-on experience in change, communication, and enablement, as well as LMS implementations and performance management solutions. She has supported clients across the automotive, healthcare, logistics, public service, and retail sectors. In her spare time, she enjoys doing sports, being in nature, and exploring new restaurants.

Verena is an experienced HR IT consultant with >6 years of experience and a background in economic and organizational psychology. As a Manager at b|c, she mainly leads projects in job architecture, grading, and skills management. Her expertise covers designing job and skill frameworks, defining governance models and integrating solutions into HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors. She has supported major global HR transformations across various industries and takes a structured, pragmatic approach, valuing close client collaboration. Outside of work, she enjoys taking camping trips, reading, and DIY projects.
